Every time we showed up for court, LEILANI ADAMS just let them do or say whatever they wanted

even though I had already sent her an email detailing AT LEAST TWENTY of the

BOLD-FACED LIES and BLATANT FABRICATIONS

that were already in the court papers and

SHE NEVER ADDRESSED ANY OF THEM.

NOT ONCE.

LEILANI ADAMS was NOT any form of legal counsel or fair defense for me at all.

 She literally did NOTHING.

She proved herself to only be there as an illusion of fairness and justice

and as a thick veil for this level of corruption, and nothing more.

    I believe now, that she already knew what was being done

and I believe that she was intentionally

FRAUDULENT, MALICIOUSLY NEGLIGENT, AND WILLINGLY COMPLACENT

to allow it.

PREJUDICE AND ABLEISM

 A young mother disabled from narcolepsy, CFS/ME, and fibromyalgia.

My illnesses began around 13 years ago when I was diagnosed with just fibromyalgia

initially within a month or two of delivering my little girl in 2011.

Unfortunately, because of this,

I have been unable to adequately provide for my family for about six years now,

despite my very best efforts.

I married my first husband when I was just 21 years old on a whim and

the marriage, while producing one absolutely perfect baby boy, didn't remain viable for husband or wife

for any longer than a period of a little over a year.

I remarried when I was 27 to an active-duty military member named

JOSHUA GRIGOLITE and it was that marriage of which

resulted in my beautiful little girl and lasted 10 years.

However, my military spouse of TEN YEARS, JOSHUA GRIGOLITE,

DID NOT DIVORCE me after

(COMPLETELY abandoning our family and all of his responsibilities to our child),

per our separation agreement.

He was somehow allowed to ANNUL our marriage entirely,

due to a CLERICAL ERROR in my first divorce

more than a year after that separation agreement was signed by both of us.

And it was an odd set of extenuating circumstances,

including the unexpected passing of my very loving father,

as I understand now, that caused that error.

SIDENOTE

As all active-duty military members are aware, as a married service member, if you are legally wed for ten years and then divorce after that, the military spouse is then usually entitled to half of the military member's retirement, in the event he stays in long enough to retire which is 20 years.

And while an annulment would certainly negate those military terms, that wasn't something that JOSHUA GRIGOLITE had to worry about because he filed for this erroneous annulment over a year AFTER we had already signed a separation agreement, where I chose to forgo any claim or stake in his military retirement at all. 

I WAS NEVER TRYING TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM MY HUSBAND. I GAVE JOSHUA $12,000 BEFORE HE MOVED OUT

TO PAY OFF HIS CREDIT BILLS SO HE WOULDN'T BE STRAPPED FOR FUNDS WHEN HE LEFT.

HAD I KNOWN THESE INDIVIDUALS' HORRIFIC PLANS FOR ME,

THOSE DECISIONS WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE VERY DIFFERENTLY.

I NEVER SAW ANY OF THIS COMING.

I was entirely unaware of this, as was my first husband.

He too, had already moved well on and began a new family with his new wife.

It was a shock to both of us.

And because my active-duty military husband, JOSHUA GRIGOLITE, had already switched over his entire military pay, that had solely supported our family for several years, to an account that I wasn't on,

over a year prior while we were still very much legally married;

(when we had historically a JOINT Navy Federal Credit Union account for our

ENTIRE DECADE LONG MARRIAGE)

and due to JOSHUA GRIGOLITE cutting off any and all access to the majority of our family's resources,

there was no way that could afford a divorce attorney.

THIS TOO, WAS VERY CLEARLY PLANNED TO CREATE THIS

UNJUST LEGAL OUTCOME FOR HIS DISABLED WIFE,

INTENTIONALLY.

I asked the military for help with legal representation when I first learned of this,

before any court date, and was ignored.

It was without question, blatant financial abandonment/abuse.

I was a dutiful military wife for ten years and was not protected from my abusive spouse

literally making me homeless

after I had become disabled from illness

just so he could use YOUR TAX DOLLARS,

that he was allotted as a service member to care for his

MILITARY DEPENDENT FAMILY,

to shack up with his convicted felon/drug addict, mistress instead.

WAS MY HUSBANDS CIVILIAN PAID ATTORNEY.

It is my understanding now that he could have received legal representation

from the military at no cost to him.

If that is true, I can tell you directly that the ONLY reason

he would have CHOSE take full advantage of his own elderly grandmother

and have her pay SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for a CIVILIAN attorney is probably because

he knew just as well as I do that this wouldn’t have ended in the same way AT ALL

if anyone representing the US MILITARY was involved in this;

as making a disabled military wife, destitute, and homeless

(DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC) then going on to ABDUCT HER YOUNG CHILD,

all for an unfaithful father, who barely spoke to and very rarely even saw our little girl

for the two years prior to this man being

AWARDED

FULL CUSTODY

while the loving and devoted mother

who grew this child inside of my own body and then raised her

DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE

VISITATION.

Not only because it’s an entirely morally bankrupt thing to do but it would be a huge liability for the

DOD when that situation inevitably turned dangerous for both child and mother and even at times,

almost fatal.

As it had already been CONFIRMED BY ACTUAL MEDICAL RECORDS and DOCUMENTED CLEARLY,

exactly how ill I was in my own spousal military files, as well as Joshua’s.

AND MY BABY'S MAMA HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO

SEE HER, HEAR HER, OR HUG HER SINCE.

IT'S BEEN ALMOST

THREE YEARS.

SHE WAS TEN THE LAST TIME I SAW HER FACE OR HEARD HER VOICE.

SHE IS THIRTEEN NOW.

SHE LIVES 15 MINUTES DOWN THE STREET FROM ME.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, JANA.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU JUST DECIDE THAT YOU CAN PUT A LITERAL

PRICETAG ON THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING

OF SOMEONE'S CHILD AND THEN SELL THAT CHILD TO THEIR ABUSER,

WHEN YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE AN ABUSER BECAUSE IT WAS

IN THE COURT DOCUMENTS THAT

YOU SIGNED AND DEFACED YOURSELF!

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN OF TOSCANO LAW GROUP

filed these annulment papers under a name that ISN’T EVEN MY LEGAL LAST NAME ANYMORE

and has not been in many years.

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN was informed of this initially, directly from myself

IN AN EMAIL that included photos of my current and valid driver's license AND military ID card,

clearly proving to JANA MARIE NATTERMAN (TOSCANO LAW GROUP)

that she was using the wrong name to file LEGAL COURT DOCUMENTS WITH/ON/FOR/AGAINST ME.

*And it seems very apparent to me that not only was this “oversight” nothing more than an ILLIGAL convert judiciary manipulation tactic.*

Mostly because, even after I requested that she please address me by my legal name Jamie Grigolite,

as it was so incredibly disrespectful to utilize my previous husbands name,

not only to myself but also to my first husband and his new family,

verbally and in written language and especially on GOVERNMENT PROPERTY,

(I'd at least like my legal documents to match the name on my driver's license please.) 

she continued to address me by my first husband's last name and

this would only be the first of the many

improprieties,

bullying,

criminal perjury,

AND FELONY (MEDICAL) FRAUD

that

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN 

(TOSCANO LAW GROUP, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA)

would go on to commit on paper over the next 11 months.

She was also corrected IN COURT by the annulment judge himself,

 during the proceedings but never corrected it.

My annulment papers remain filed under an entirely incorrect last name, to this day.

And just to reiterate, this wouldn’t be EVEN CLOSE to

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN’S

the heinous criminal activity,

that was to follow.

 It is of my own personal opinion that

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN

should NOT JUST face heavy disciplinary measure on her license to practice law

ANYWHERE, EVER.

I BELIEVE THIS WOMAN DESERVES JAIL TIME

FOR THE PART SHE HAS PLAYED AND CONTINUES TO PLAY IN

THE UNTHINKABLE HARM AND IRREVERSIBLE TRAUMA BEING BROUGHT

TO OUR CHILDREN AND US, IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, RIGHT NOW.

 I was already medically disabled and heavily reliant on the benefits and resources provided,

for the last ten years by the United States military,

as my legal husband JOSHUA GRIGOLITE had now become the sole breadwinner of our family

after I unexpectedly fell so ill.

IT WOULD BE ONLY 4 YEARS LATER THAT

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN (TOSCANO LAW GROUP. VB, VA.)

WOULD MANIPULATE CIVIL COURTS

TO ALLOW MY HUSBAND TO

MAKE ME COMPLETELY HOMELESS

IN THE WAKE OF THIS DISABILITY, 

ABDUCT MY CHILDREN FROM ME ENTIRLY,

AND LEAVE ME ON THE STREETS

COMPLETELY ALONE AND ILL

TO DIE.

HOWEVER,

EVEN WITH THIS UNNESSECARILY CRUEL AND BIZARRE SET BACK,

I WOULD HAVE HAD NO WAY OF TRULY KNOWING THEN

WHAT THESE CRIMINALS HAD IN STORE FOR ME,

OVER THER FOLLOWING YEARS AND RIGHT UP UNTIL TODAY.

When my children and I were evicted from military housing,

DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC,

I had NO OTHER CHOICE but to allow both of my most precious gifts. 

God's greatest gifts, to me, both of whom had lived with me since their birth;

their mama, the person who carried, loved, and cherished them, 

to reside with my ESTRANGED biological mother. 

So that I could go live in my pickup truck for several months.

Completely stripped of any and every vital resource that I had any access to

over the previous decade, as a military spouse,

in the wake of my failing physical body.

The reason that my children had nowhere else to go was

that the man who made that happen,

JOSHUA GRIGOLITE and this

unhinged, dishonest, corrupt, manipulative, malicious, and completely unprofessional/untrustworthy

civilian lawyer,

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN,

very strategically orchestrated all of this to be timed in a way that it didn't take place until

right when he was leaving on the USS COLE to be DEPLOYED for SIX MONTHS!

It's my own true belief that 

JOSHUA GRIGOLITE and JANA MARIE NATTERMAN (TOSCANO LAW GROUP)

did this for two reasons. 

Because Josh was actively trying to use it as an excuse to not have to go out to sea altogether,

traumatizing his own daughter in an attempt to evade military service,

AND

even if he didn't get approved to be re-stationed to shore duty for this, as I do believe he requested,

at least he would never have to face the mother of his child in any court room and he didn't.

NEVER ATTENDED ANY OF THESE COURT PROCEEDINGS

ASIDE FROM THE VERY LAST ONE.

This "MAN" wouldn't ever have to face me or our daughter in any courtroom

and was able to manipulate an easy escape what should have been extreme guilt and shame,

by signing power of attorney over to his mother and my mother-in-law, LISA GRIGOLITE.

A woman who trespassed into my home and PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED ME

while my son was there, asleep in his bed.

This incident took place only DAYS after her son, JOSHUA GRIGOLITE, left on deployment. 

LISA GRIGOLITE,

had to be removed by law enforcement from my home because I actually needed to call 911

for help getting her away and to keep her from FURTHER PHYSICALLY ATTACKING ME, 

 with NO provocation whatsoever. 

ALL I DID WAS ASK HER TO LEAVE.... MULTIPLE TIMES.

LISA GRIGOLITE can very clearly be heard attempting to explain her CRIMES the responding officer,

AFTER VERBALLY CONFESSING to him that she had indeed just

physically assaulted me, 

for simply asking for her to please leave.

JOSHUA GRIGOLITE

had already signed over a power of attorney to her while he was out to sea

and he was still on the lease of our housing.

I didn't even know who she was until the trial was almost over and I told my attorney LEILANI ADAMS and JONATHAN BROWN at Virginia Beach CPS and everyone, but nobody cared.

I FEEL AS THOUGH THE JUDGE WAS TRULY A VICTIM TOO!

VICTIMIZED BY THE ATTORNEYS IN HER COURTROOM, OF WHOM WERE

ACTIVLEY AND FRAUDULENTLY MANIPULATING IT WITH LIES AND FRAUD

MAKING IT QUITE LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR THIS UNSUSPECTING JUDGE TO ADAQUATELY CARRY OUT HER HONORABLE DUTIES,

IN ANY CAPACITY.

The judge in my case was kind, empathetic, and very professional,

but everyone else in the courtroom that she SHOULD HAVE been able to trust to be

honest and uphold the OATH OF FIDELITY that they all vowed for state licensure

(as BOTH a paid attorney and all chancellors of the court)

to even attempt to do their job,

just didn't. 

The judge in my custody case never had access to ANY PORTION of the TRUTH

or any semblance of any actual reality to what was really happening because NOBODY told her. 

I had NO DEFENSE at all.

She had ZERO ways of knowing that everything alleged on my court documents was all either

blatant fabrications or wildly skewed versions of the truth because

ALL THREE ATTORNEYS

were KNOWINGLY hiding it,

TO CREATE PERSONAL PROFIT FOR THEMSELVES OR FULLFILL PERIPHERIAL SOCIAL AGENDAS FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL GAIN.

THIS IS HUMAN (CHILD) TRAFFICKING.

PERHAPS, JANA AND LEILANI JUST "FORGOT" THAT THEY AGREED TO THIS;

AS ATTORNEYS LICENSED IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA?

this situation spanned and it was ONLY the last one.

The very last court date was the first time I had even been in the same room

with my husband in well over a year. 

My legal husband for ten years legitimately just left his wife and young children

and never looked back until it was time to

ABDUCT OUR CHILD and COMPLETELY ERASE ME

from any existence ever, in our daughter’s life and also everyone else’s………. 

FOR NOT ONE VALID REASON.

ASIDE FROM HIS OWN UNSTABLE DELUSIONS AND POOR MENTAL HEALTH

AND BECAUSE HE WAS UPSET AND THROWING AN ADULT TANTRUM

ABOUT HAVING PAYING CHILD SUPPORT.

OUR CHILD'S WELLBEING WAS NOT A DECIDING FACTOR IN ANY WAY.

IT WAS NEVER ABOUT WHAT WAS BEST FOR HER.

HE WAS JUST ACTING OUT HIS GREED, SELFISHNESS, AND BLATANT ABUSE ... LEGALLY.

THANKS JANA!

There were probably 6 or 7 different court dates throughout the span of this and the

ONLY one he attended was the VERY LAST one.

*Which was also the day that my court appointed attorney, LEILANI ADAMS                

forced my hand with MISINFORMATION and MALICIOUS COERCION,

to give up on this case as if there wasn't really anything she could do.

  JOSHUA GRIGOLITE was

granted FULL CUSTODY

of my amazing little girl

who was only 10

and I, her loving mama and the woman who grew her inside of my own body

and then was her only caretaker right up until her abduction,

through criminal litigator activity.

It's now been

 TWO AND A HALF YEARS

since my child was abducted from me without reason.

the evidence will continue to show that this "man"

truly believes that I should just reasonably DISAPPEAR from MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE FOREVER,

for ZERO REASON aside from his own nonsensical, dangerous, and incredibly flawed opinions

of me that he has literally created all in his own mind.

My second husband and the father of my daughter is covertly unstable and

delusional and ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to be EVALUATED by a PSYCHIACTRIC DOCTOR,

as soon as possible.

He certainly is NOT someone who should be working with firearms, in my opinion.

JOSHUA GRIGOLITE is still currently employed as a gunners-mate in the UNITED STATES NAVY.

And it's this ingrained very real belief of his;

that I should absolutely just walk away without question from my own child,

as if I'm nothing more than a human incubator,

ONLY BECAUSE he just decided that HE didn't WANT to be MY HUSBAND anymore,

is EXACTLY what proves how delusional this individual currently is.

while we were still legally married, she was a door dash driver,

and an alcoholic who introduced MY HUSBAND to

of conversations between the two of us that very clearly show how horrifically

abusive, traumatizing, and deplorable this individual's treatment was towards me.

Below is a screenshot of a conversation where I very politely ask him if he could please have one of his family members drive our daughter home from an outing they were both at, instead of him, when it was time to bring her home, because he had been drinking heavily that day at which point he proceeded to shame me by belittling me over a "messy house", which was incredibly odd and delusional because my house was almost always  pretty tidy.

It only got a little backed up sometimes when I was having flares from my conditions.

But I had mistakenly asked my husband if he could stop by and just help me out about a month prior due to this, as the following screenshot will show.

You can also see me resorting to beginning to use unnecessary and at times crude vernacular back in my dialogues with my abuser,

just as he had subjected me to, for so many years at this point.

He had certainly worn me down emotionally and psychologically by this time.

HOW TO KEEP AS SHE GOT OLDER, AS I HAVE NEVER HAD CURLY HAIR NOR DID HER OLDER BROTHER.

This was the prior interaction with my husband, JOSHUA GRIGOLITE, when my body fell into a flare and I mistakenly asked, out of desperation,

if he could come over and help out a little to which he also responded with abuse and bullying over me being sick.

CAME INTO MY HOME AND PHYSICALLY ASAULTED ME.

AND THESE ARE THE PEOPLE RAISING MY LITTLE GIRL;

WHILE I HAVE NOT SEEN HER OR HEARD HER IN OVER TWO AND A HALF YEARS.

I’ve never been more ABUSED and RELENTLESSLY BULLIED in my ENTIRE LIFE

until I became chronically ill and it isn’t my fault that there’s no cure for these conditions.

I’ve faced an absolutely disgusting amount of CRUEL AND UNUSUAL punishment/torture

in the last ten years that I've been fighting chronic illness

which is simply something that I have zero control over.

In the summer of 2023, around six months after being heavily manipulated and coerced,

under extreme psychological duress,
by my own court appointed attorney, LEILANI ADAMS,

I was able to scrounge up enough money for just a consultation with a custody lawyer in Virginia Beach, VA.

 It was in that meeting that I was informed by him that my children's CPS case had been opened

ENTIRELY ILLEGALLY in the first place.

AS NEITHER OF MY CHILDREN RESIDED WITH ME OR EVEN HAD VERY MUCH CONTACT WITH ME WITHIN THESE MONTHS, OR THE MONTH PRIOR.

 The case worker who started my situation with CPS was fired

from social services only 1 month after she opened it

and they handed it over to someone else named, 

JONATHAN BROWN.

The original case worker was rude and dismissive from our first meeting and in EVERY interaction,

I had with her, that followed.

So, it's honestly no surprise to me that she was removed from that position.

I also still have screenshots from my interactions with her and

they were included in email correspondence

with Jonathan Brown and my own attorney.

Through my own experience with her, it would seem as though MS. ADAM'S

"lack of intellectual and/or moral compacity" was so incredibly blatant

that it's very difficult to believe, for two seconds, that her "negligence"

wasn't intentional and malicious.

There are so many lies and falsehoods provided by these awful individuals that even on my final court paperwork, NOBODY was honest enough to even acknowledge my new address.

As by the time the proceedings ended, I was no longer living in my 2017 pickup truck.

I had, in fact, acquired and secured and stable housing, by the grace of God somehow,

more than THREE MONTHS before it was ever over.

I told JONATHAN BROWN (Virginia Beach DCFS) this and reported the address to him

and asked if he would like a home visit and he declined.

I informed my attorney, LEILANI ADAMS, as well and yet, it is still very clearly printed on my

FINAL CUSTODY PAPERS, clear as day, under "mothers address"

it just still reads "HOMELESS/UNKNOWN".

Even though I was CERTAINLY NO LONGER in that same desperate situation

THAT I HAD BEEN UNJUSTLY THROWN INTO

months prior and hadn't been, in some time by then and EVERYONE knew it.

I still live today in that same home. I've resided here for a little over two years now.

This is JUST ONE of the many examples of reasons why I know that

the judge had no idea what was happening in her courtroom. 

It is very obvious now, that she was kept in the dark intentionally by

mental health care of my innocent child during this entire nightmare,

where she was SEPERATED ENTIRLY FROM BOTH OF HER PARENTS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS,

even though the judge ordered Ramona to mandatory mental health care, very early on,

because of this traumatic and horrifically jarring situation,

my daughter actually didn't even start ANY mental health care at all, until the very end. 

And then her father, JOSHUA GRIGOLITE terminated that mandatory mental health care

only months after the case was "over" and there were no longer any courts monitoring him or watching her. 

He only allowed her to get therapy for a mere A FEW MONTHS in the

 TWO AND A HALF YEARS

that this NONSENSE has been going on. 

*A SUBPOENA OF HER MEDICAL RECORDS SHOULD CLEARLY REFLECT THIS.

JONATHAN BROWN (Virginia Beach CPS) was well aware

that my biological mother and her husband

were blatantly disobeying the judge's orders too,

because he was the one who told me, every time I asked him. 

-The case records will clearly show this too and it's in my archived emails from him as well.- 

JONATHAN BROWN with VIRGINIA BEACH DCFS,

only gave NONSENSICAL EXCUSES to me about my daughter's health insurance. 

The reason they didn't make any sense is because she's had Tricare health Insurance,

through her active-duty military father since birth and I've never once

had any problems taking her to any doctor at any time during her life. 

 There were instances in the past ten years,

that their grandparents have taken both her and her brother

(who was also under Tricare coverage as a legal military dependent)

to several dentists and doctor visits, over the last ten years,

without me or JOSHUA present.

Also, it's incredibly noteworthy that the allowance of my baby

being completely isolated from me initially,

WITHOUT ANY JUDGES PERMISSION

while her dad was out to sea for many months,

well before any of the custody proceedings,

was probably the MOST POWERFUL PSYCHOLOGICAL TOOL

that they had to scare, confuse, and manipulate my daughter into believing whatever she was told.

                            Did her father, JOSHUA GRIGOLITE, care about traumatizing her while he was gone                              for more than six months on deployment?

MY CHILD WAS SPITEFULLY USED, PLAYED, AND EMOTIONALLY EXTORTED

IN A DISGUSTING, HIGHLY PREDATORY, AND INHUMANE WAY,

FOR PROFIT.

AND THEY ALL KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

Thank goodness her mama is a therapist.

My children will ultimately come out of this stronger because of me.

I never knew any of this could happen. I was raised to believe our justice system was created with checks and balances to ensure some semblance of fairness. However, that simply isn't the case when attorneys are committing PERJURY for their friends to profit off of while the unsuspecting public 

including but not limited to; CHILDREN, WOMEN, and the DISABLED.

CPS knew this when the brainwashing started because I told them myself,

as it happened, and then CPS (JONATHAN BROWN) encouraged the mistakes and misremembering,

of others around my children, about me, because it made money?

The more I look at this situation, the more some of them seem like victims too.

They were lied too also!

AND OUR ENTIRE FAMILY HAS PAID DEARLY,

FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS!

I can't even imagine what my baby was going through 

during that time and I still don't know. 

DEAR LEILANI,

I EXPLAINED TO YOU EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEND AND THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY WAYS TO STILL PROVE.

medical misuse, malpractice, fraud, and ABUSE OF POWER by the means of 

FABRICATING MEDICAL EXPERTISE AND AUTHORITY

I was actually so relieved when the judge did that because I THOUGHT

that I would finally be able to speak in front of an educated and unbiased professional,

who could help shed light on what was actually going on.

I was overwhelmingly wrong. 

JONATHAN BROWN was who made contact with

TUESDAY "NOT A DOCTOR" SMITH

and set up the appointment. 

I would really appreciate the opportunity to be able to sit down with a medical malpractice attorney

and just go over everything in Tuesday Smith's "report".

Because of my unique vocational education and career, I can very clearly see now

exactly what this woman did and there isn't a shadow of a doubt in my mind that

she could and ABSOLUTELY SHOULD

be easily charged with medical malpractice and associated criminal offenses 

and I can explain that very easily too.

The examples in my "evaluation" alone are endless.

But even without that, I can tell you that the most PROLIFIC, DETRIMENTAL, and CRIMINAL

It may be true that she holds a "Doctorate in Psychology"

which only indicates that she's a step above a masters degree in PSYCHOLOGY but

that ISN'T EVEN CLOSE to …

attending or graduating medical school AT ALL 

and DOES NOT constitute her as a medical doctor in

ANY WAY!

THE VIDEO BELOW WAS RECORDED AND POSTED BEFORE I HAD CONCRETE EVIDENCE

THAT THIS WOMAN WASN'T AN ACTUAL DOCTOR.

HOWEVER, EVEN IN THIS VIDEO, MY SUSPICIONS OF HER CREDENTIALS AT THAT POINT

COME ACROSS CLEARLY.

FURTHERMORE, I’M CONFIDENT THAT 

my actual medical records consisting of many different specialists from the last 13 years

will very easily prove this.

I attempted many times to sign those medical records over to everyone involved in this situation 

INCLUDING JONATHAN BROWN AND TUESDAY "NOT A DOCTOR" SMITH

and they 

BOTH DECLINED.

They declined because the TRUTH didn't fit this horrible narrative that was only being

painted by individuals with personal agendas and created in their own mind,

 FOR PROFIT.

And I want EVERYONE reading this to keep in mind that

 TUESDAY SMITH was HAND CHOSEN by JONATHAN BROWN with 

(VIRGINIA BEACH, CHILD ABDUCTION SERVICES). 

I had never heard of or met TUESDAY SMITH until JONATHAN BROWN 

(Department of Child and Family Services) arranged a short consultation

what's known as a "parental capacity evaluation".

She spoke to me for literally less than an hour and when I tried to speak

about my physical conditions, she wasn’t even close to interested

and I was quickly interrupted, dismissed, and redirected in the conversation.

Aside from that, I thought our meeting went GREAT and was pleased with our interaction. 

It wasn’t until I read the report that I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED at her, not just faulty

pieces of personal information I had disclosed to her,

but also once again, entirely FABRICATED INFORMATION and many faulty conclusions

that she created in her own MEDICALLY UNTRAINED mind.

There are things in that report that I either never said at all or HALF TRUTHS

with so much missing context that it just looks horrible,

INTENTIONALLY.

WORDS ONLY MEANT TO MISLEAD

any judgement of myself, my health, and my character.

In my “parental capacity report,” Ms. SMITH, refers to an experience I shared with her

from a decade prior, when I was first diagnosed with FIBROMYALGIA,

right after my daughter was born and I was quickly put into a pain management program

for about two years at Bon Secor Pain Management.

I told MS. SMITH about my doctors sending me to Bon Secours pain management and that

I left pain management, less than two years after starting because the heavy pain medications that

were being LEGALLY PRESCRIBED to me and LEGALLY INGESTED by me

for a VALID/DOCUMENTED MEDICAL CONDITION, by licensed physicians 

were actually making me sicker.

This was only two years of COMPLETELY LEGAL, COMMON,

and NECESSARY MEDICAL CARE FOR A CURELESS PHYSICAL ILLNESS

(that I chose to discontinue on my own because these medications were making me sicker and

actually, ended up making me baseline level of fibromyalgia pain, significantly worse.)

was ONLY DESCRIBED in this quackery of a “Parental Capacity Evaluation” as

“Patient admitted to previous narcotic use.”

And that was it.

No further explanation.

Ms. TUESDAY “definitely not a doctor” SMITH,

 DID NOT STATE anywhere that it was

LEGALLY PRESCRIBED NARCOTIC USE

FROM ACTUAL DOCTORS,

FOR AN ACTUAL DISABILITY.

The court documents should be simple for any other attorney to request and review.

All of the blatant and easily PROVABLE FABRICATIONS and easily

EQUALLY PROVABLE MANIPULATIONS OF HALF TRUTHS,

OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENTS AND UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY

TO PAINT AN INNOCENT, EDUCATED, AND LOVING MOTHER AS AN 

UNEDUCATED, HOMELESS, DRUG ADDICT 

(NONE OF WHICH IS EVEN CLOSE TO TRUE AND HEAVILY CONTRADICTORY

TO MY ACTUAL CHARACTER, EDUCATION, AND BACKGROUND) 

AND NOTHING MORE. 

I DO BELIEVE NOW THAT MY OWN COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY, LEILANI ADAMS,

WAS ALSO AWARE OF THIS FRAMING OF MY CHARACTER, TO PAINT ME AS EVERYTHING

THAT I’M NOT AND

ABDUCT MY CHILD TO BE SOLD TO HER ABUSER.

WHICH IS WHY SHE NEVER SPOKE UP ONCE. SHE NEVER SAID ANYTHING.

I HAD NO DEFENSE EVEN WHEN I BEGGED HER.

POSSIBLY BECAUSE SHE ALREADY KNEW.

These INDIVIDUALS are manipulating any respectable judge in THE UNITED STATES COURT OF LAW

in ways that are undoubtedly UNETHICAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND CRIMINAL

and AN IMMEDIATE THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE INTEGRITY OF OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM.

Perhaps, this is why "Dr." TUESDAY SMITH was apparently entirely UNAWARE that

ADHD medication is in fact FDA APPROVED and regular first line of defense in most narcolepsy

treatments and that's why she claimed, ONCE AGAIN, IN SEPERATE ALLEGATIONS,

ON COURT DOCUMENTS, that I "needed drug abuse counseling".

For being LEGALLY PRESCRIBED this medication for an actual PHYSICAL ILLNESS

that I was diagnosed with years ago, even though I made that clear to her in our meeting. 

Had I known at the time that I wasn't speaking with an actual MEDICAL DOCTOR,

as I was told by JONATHAN BROWN, I would have educated her accordingly,

but I really shouldn't have ever had to do that, since this QUACK is SUPPOSED to be

at least medically educated and intelligent enough to be

making medical decisions for strangers in 

THE COURT OF LAW,

even without the proper MEDICAL EDUCATION OR LISENCING,

PER JONATHAN BROWN WITH VIRGINIA BEACH, DCFS.

JUST TO REITERATE,

My own actual medical records from the last

THIRTEEN YEARS will clearly demonstrate this.

I was and am prescribed these stimulant medications as a necessary

and vital part of treating multiple chronic conditions, including narcolepsy and

the targeting of treatment resistant chronic hypersomnia.

JUST SO I CAN BE AWAKE AND EXIST LIKE EVERY OTHER HEALTHY BODY,

AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND A SEMI-NORMAL FUNCTIONING MEMBER OF SOCIETY.

I NEVER CHOSE THESE ILLNESSES.

I DON'T HAVE A CHOICE IN THIS, PHYSICALLY.

wrote that BY HAND into the custody papers, that's exactly what it said.

That is JANA MARIE NATTERMAN'S handwriting.

in this situation and had done absolutely nothing wrong, nor was "the mother" mentally ill

 Jana's claims that I needed to submit in writing to my abusive ex-husband

(an abuser of whom, who refuses to even answer any call, text, or interaction with me, whatsoever)

that I was "medicated" before I could be allowed to see my own daughter. 

HOWEVER, not ANYWHERE in those papers did it state any specific medication 

or any diagnosis that would require said medication because 

THERE WAS NO DIAGNOSIS. 

JANA MARIE NATTERMAN'S entire case was

nothing but known and provable lies. 

What medication JANA?

What's this magical diagnosis that was made up all in someone else's imagination,

with a thirty-minute cold meeting and 

zero medical history or laboratory testing whatsoever? 

The reason JANA MARIE NATTERMAN'S description is so vague

is because it's based in complete fiction. 

“SMITH PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES”

Interestingly enough, if you “Google” Smith Psychological Services, it pops up as “PERMANENTLY CLOSED” and has been that way since at least November of 2023 because that's when I found that,

 TUESDAY "NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR" SMITH herself,

has even fabricated to GOOGLE that her business is CLOSED when it actually isn’t. 

The businesses website is currently at full function, as I just checked it again today.

I also called the phone number on the website to see if she is actually no longer in business

and my call was unanswered and sent to her company voicemail where she is still claiming

“Smith Psychologically Services” as an operating business. 

I recorded the call on speakerphone with the date clearly shown at the beginning

on my phone's lock screen in this short video.

At first glance, this doesn’t seem too suspicious but let me explain to you,

from my own past vocational experience,

why it ABSOLUTELY IS.

First of all, for what reason would someone still very much IN BUSINESS report to the

MOST POPULAR GLOBAL SEARCH ENGINE that her PRIMARY MONETARY ENTITY,

was actually NOT IN BUSINESS?

As someone who’s run multiple of my own businesses; both

FOR PROFIT (NEW TOMORROW LIFE COACHING LLC) and

NON-PROFIT (MENTAL HEALTH VB ORG),

this doesn’t make ANY SENSE in the digitally saturated culture that we now exist.

There MUST be a REASON for this online LIE,

as it would cut down traffic to not only her company website but

every other part of her business by significantly more than half.

For BOTH of my own mental wellness organizations,
more than 90% of all my clientele and web traffic came from a google search.

All websites come with an analytics page that shows you exactly what global location that your site is being viewed from and where/how that user found the link to get there and that's how I know this.

Google is one of the most valuable tools for any company with an active website

can have in 2024. This doesn’t make any logical sense, from a business perspective.

TUESDAY "NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR" SMITH

has a very nice office space that I saw during my “evaluation” and I didn’t see any other

name on the door or on her website of any affiliated business partners and/or medical

referral/partnership which tells me that, much like I was,

she is very likely the sole practicing proprietor, in her company.

Further, while running ANY for-profit business REQUIRES customer revenue, running a

MEDICAL THERAPY PRACTICE requires A LOT of revenue, and it would be interesting to know

WHERE, HOW, or FROM WHOM

is the bulk of this woman’s clientele/revenue is coming from?

The reason I pose this question outright,

is because if her ONLY CLIENTELE is coming from VB SOCIAL SERVICES

then it doesn’t seem very farfetched that she has a working relationship with not only

JONATHAN BROWN, but also, other social workers as well and may be

ACTUALLY creating an income for herself by getting paid or otherwise reimbursed

monetarily by our LOCAL DCFS AGENCY AND/OR COMMITING

ANY ONE TYPE OF MEDICAID FRAUD THROUGH SOCIAL SERVICES

to FRAME INNOCENT PARENTS as monsters in this 

LOCAL CHILD TRAFFICKING RING.

There are a total of three reviews under that stale google listing.

The first is from 4 years ago. The second is from 2 years ago.

The third is from only 10 months ago and describes something similar

but a little different as evidence to this theory.

LEILANI ADAMS did NOTHING.

I never stood any kind of fair chance or truth from any one of these incompetent individuals

and my children have paid a costly three yearlong price for their crimes.

So, how did my court appointed attorney, LEILANI ADAMS, not ever do or say ANYTHING?

EVER?

Which is the most prodigious reason of all,

that the UNDENIABLE GROSS NEGLIGENCE of LEILANI ADAMS

doesn't seem at all like just negligence alone.

There are simply far too many BOMB-SHELL "mistakes" that Leilani made

for this to have been all on accident. 

FORCE/FRAUD/COERCION

Whether the missteps, malpractice, or gross negligence

of these ladies in my case,

were motivated by a lack of intelligence, lack of integrity,

or both is unclear to me still, but either way, they have all proven to be

a significant danger and very real threat to

every family in Virginia Beach, VA;

in the positions that they currently hold.

The only reason I can think of for LEILANI ADAMS to entirely throw this case so blatantly is that,

Virginia Beach is a small community, and JANA NATTERMAN is her colleague by default,

but she may also be a part of Leilani's social circle or even a friend.

So, maybe she chose that friendship/comradery over the

safety and wellbeing of my innocent children?

Is it because JANA NATTERMAN made several thousands of dollars off

of representing my husband and LEILANI ADAMS,

of whom was doing what may be considered a "public service",

wasn't making anything from representing me?

I believe that this could easily be an unspoken or even privately spoken

social and/or vocational alliance between JANA and LIELANI.

Something along the lines of "if you get me now and I'll take one for you later",

type of dynamic and ideology.

A dynamic that has NO PLACE in the court of law.

NOT WHEN THE COST IS

THE SAFTY AND WELL BEING OF VIRGINIA BEACH YOUTH.

There simply isn't anything that anyone can do or say that will keep me from

 doing everything in my power to protect my own children.

DEAR VIRGINIA BEACH RESIDENTS,

My promise to all of you now, as I know what I know,

there isn’t very much that anyone can do to stop me

from protecting your children either.

VIRGINIA BEACH CHILDREN ARE NOT SAFE RIGHT NOW JUST FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS

ALONE AND EVEN WITH JUST THESE PEOPLE.

IT’S WITHOUT ANY SHADOW OF A DOUBT A FORM OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM AND

EVERY FACTUAL DETAIL IN MY CASE PROVES THAT IN THE MOST CRYSTAL CLEAR OF WAYS.

CORRUPT SOCIAL SERVICES WORKERS,

INCOMPETANT GUARDIAN AD LITEMS,

AND BOTH PAID AND COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEYS IN VIRGINIA BEACH,
